How to book

Browse our furniture and accessories inventory easily online and add items to the cart to get a quote for your desired furnishings.  All pricing is based on a 4 week rental period - if the furniture is delivered on a Wednesday, the rental period ends on a Wednesday 4 weeks later.  Place your order online or in person at our showroom (by appointment only) no more than one week prior to the delivery date but you may reserve your delivery date well in advance.  Once we receive your order, we will ensure availability of the items selected as well as delivery date and confirm your order within one business day.  Minimum order is $400 before taxes and delivery.

The following are acceptable forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  We also welcome E-transfers and cheques but we still require a credit card on file. The signed Terms of Agreement and payment are required to confirm and secure your order.  If we do not receive the signed Terms of Agreement document and payment within 48 hours, we reserve the right to release these items.  If you need the furniture past the initial 4 week rental period no problem, we will automatically extend the rentals for additional 2 week rental durations until you call us to schedule a pick up.  Just give us 5 business days notice to schedule your pick up.   

Delivery

Let us do all the lifting - our professional and courteous delivery team will assemble beds and carefully place the furniture as per your direction.  Due to liability issues, our delivery team will not hang any art work or mirrors or move any furniture belonging to the homeowner.

We have been carefully packing and transporting furniture for years and have the proper vehicles and packaging to do so without damage.  In order to maintain our furniture in pristine condition and due to damage liabilities we insist on handling the delivery ourselves.  We do make exceptions and allow certain soft goods such as cushions, beddings and small rugs to be picked up at our warehouse. 

Zone 1:  Our delivery charges are $190 which includes both delivery and pick up within Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, Ayr, Paris, Plattsville, New Dundee, Wellesley, Baden, Elora, Elmira, Drumbo, New Dundee, St. Clements, Baden, New Hamburg, Stratford, Tavistock and Aberfoyle.

For delivery outside of the tri-city area the following rates apply (includes delivery and pick up):                                    

Zone 2:  $200 Milton (minimum order $600)                                                                                                             

Zone 3:  $215 Woodstock-Fergus (minimum order $600)

Zone 4:  $240 Brantford  (minimum order $600)

Zone 5:  $250 Brampton-Bramalea-Mississauga-Oakville-Burlington-Hamilton-Listowel (minimum order $1000)

Zone 6:  $310 London-Orangeville (minimum order $1000)

Zone 7:  $578 Toronto (minimum order $2000)

Zone 8:  $599 Collingwood-Wasaga Beach-Barrie (minimum order $1500)

Zone 9:  $699 Midland (minimum order $1500)

 A 25% re-stocking fee is applied to all items returned during the delivery.  This re-stocking fee covers the administrative, pulling, prepping, transporting and returning of the item.
